1. As an active client, you are required to keep the credit monitoring service WE use active for the duration of the program. We need to be able to see/monitor all 3 reports monthly in great detail in order to service you to the best of our ability. Our credit monitoring service acts as our eyes and ears when communicating with the credit bureaus, as well as properly educating, advising, and updating you each month. If you let your credit monitoring service cancel, and do not update it in a timely manner, you will be canceled as a client.
2. If you are in an active bankruptcy, DO NOT SIGN UP for our services. If your bankruptcy has been dismissed or discharged, you can continue with the enrollment process. (If you are in an active bankruptcy, contact us and we will prepare for your enrollment once it is discharged or dismissed)
3. If you are CURRENTLY LATE on your bills that report to your credit report, and cannot catch them up AND pay them on time for the next 6-12 months, please do not sign up for our services. We want you to get the most out of this program as possible, and paying your bills late WILL hurt you regardless of our BEST efforts in all other areas of the repair process.
4. OUR Credit Repair Program is a team effort, and we require you to do your part as we direct you on what that is, while we do ours.THIS program is not a “hire us, set it and forget it” type of program. We require you to participate in the way of; paying your bills on time, properly managing/adding positive credit accounts, paying/keeping your credit card balances down to what we advise, possibly closing certain accounts that may be hurting you, keeping your credit monitoring service active, etc. That is what we expect from ALL of our clients. If you are NOT willing to, or CAN’T consistently do these things as well as following the customized action plans we will give you every month, please DO NOT sign up for our services.

Once that is complete, our team will process you into the system and send your Onboarding next steps so we can begin processing your file immediately.
